Office and welfare pods built inside the unit, drylined, ceilinged and finished, giving a working office within the warehouse envelope.

Partitions and Mezzanine Lining

Stud and fire-rated partitions, plus lining out to mezzanines and plant areas, to divide the space and meet the building control requirements.

Suspended Ceilings and Boarding

Ceilings and wall boarding to the office and welfare areas, set level and ready to decorate, within the steel-frame shell.

Fire and Acoustic Detailing

Fire-rated linings, compartmentation and acoustic detailing where the unit design and building regulations call for it.

Do you fit out brand new units from shell?

Yes. That is a core part of what we do. We take a new industrial or warehouse shell and build the internal offices, partitions, ceilings and welfare areas so it is ready for occupation.

Can you build internal offices inside a warehouse?

Yes. We construct internal office and welfare pods within the unit, fully drylined, ceilinged and finished, so there is a proper working office inside the warehouse envelope.

Do you handle fire compartmentation?

Yes. We build fire-rated linings and compartmentation to the design and building regulations, with the correct board build-up and detailing for the rating required.

Which areas do you cover for new units?

Industrial estates and business parks across Devon, Somerset and the wider South West, working for developers, landlords and incoming tenants.

Can you work to a developer or main contractor programme?

Yes. We are used to slotting into a main-contractor or developer programme, sequencing our internal works around the M and E and the rest of the build so handover is not held up.
